In the form settings, under the permissions tab, you should see the permissions rules. You can create different rules for different roles. Do you have multiple rules?
Can you please send some screenshots? Which add a mail button are you referring to?

At first glance, it doesn’t seem like there is such an option. Have you taken a look at our field called “list items”? You can use it to create a table with fields and even display it anywhere using a shortcode
Yes, you can add a “published on” field to let your users choose a date for the field. We want to add an expired field as well, We will add this to our roadmap
